1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Memedump, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app, connect a wallet, create a token, copy a token, create liquidity, manage liquidity, or approve any transaction through Memedump.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, wallet owners, token creators, liquidity providers, and anyone who interacts with Memedump services.
2. Non-Custodial Crypto Service
Memedump provides software interfaces for Solana token creation, token discovery, token cloning workflows, and liquidity-related actions. Memedump is non-custodial. We do not hold your private keys, seed phrase, wallet, tokens, liquidity positions, or funds.
You are solely responsible for your wallet, wallet security, transaction approvals, token configuration, authority settings, metadata, liquidity choices, and all on-chain activity initiated by you.
3. No Financial, Legal, Tax, or Investment Advice
Memedump does not provide financial, legal, tax, accounting, trading, or investment advice. Any information shown in the app is provided for general software-use purposes only and should not be treated as a recommendation to create, buy, sell, hold, trade, promote, or provide liquidity for any token.
You should consult qualified professional advisers before making decisions that may have financial, legal, tax, regulatory, or other consequences.
4. Crypto and Blockchain Risks
Crypto assets, token launches, meme coins, liquidity pools, decentralized exchanges, and blockchain transactions involve substantial risk. You may lose some or all of your funds. Token prices can be highly volatile, liquidity may disappear, transactions may fail, networks may become congested, and smart contracts or third-party protocols may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or malicious code.
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Once you approve a wallet transaction, Memedump may be unable to cancel, reverse, recover, or modify it. You accept full responsibility for reviewing every transaction before signing.
Memedump does not guarantee token performance, token value, token legitimacy, liquidity depth, exchange listings, trading volume, market demand, rewards, earnings, ranking outcomes, airdrops, or community growth.
5. User Responsibilities
You represent that you have the legal right and authority to use Memedump, connect your wallet, create tokens, submit metadata, manage liquidity, and approve transactions in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Memedump complies with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including securities, commodities, money transmission, sanctions, anti-money laundering, consumer protection, intellectual property, advertising, tax, and data protection laws.
You must not use Memedump to create, promote, or interact with tokens that are fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious, abusive, or designed to harm others.
6. Tokens, Metadata, and Content
You are solely responsible for any token name, symbol, logo, description, image, website, social link, creator information, metadata, or other content you submit or publish through Memedump.
You confirm that you have all rights needed to use and publish that content and that it does not violate any law, regulation, contract, intellectual property right, privacy right, publicity right, or third-party right.
Memedump does not endorse, verify, audit, sponsor, or guarantee any token, token creator, metadata, website, social channel, liquidity pool, or third-party project displayed or created through the app.
7. Fees, Network Costs, and Taxes
Memedump may charge service fees for token creation, token copying, liquidity creation, liquidity management, or other app features. Blockchain networks and third-party protocols may also charge network fees, priority fees, rent, liquidity fees, swap fees, or other costs.
Fees may be non-refundable once a transaction is submitted, processed, confirmed, or otherwise performed. You are responsible for reviewing all fees before approving a transaction.
You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any taxes, duties, or other governmental charges related to your use of Memedump or any crypto activity.
8. Third-Party Services and Protocols
Memedump may interact with wallets, Solana infrastructure, decentralized exchanges, liquidity protocols, token standards, RPC providers, storage providers, data providers, analytics services, or other third-party tools. These third parties are not controlled by Memedump.
Memedump is not responsible for third-party downtime, errors, inaccurate data, transaction failures, security incidents, protocol changes, wallet issues, network outages, delistings, malicious tokens, or any loss caused by third-party services or protocols.
9. Availability and Changes
Memedump may update, suspend, restrict, discontinue, or change any part of the app at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, compatibility with every wallet, or continued support for any token, route, feature, network, or protocol.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Memedump after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Disclaimers
Memedump is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Memedump disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, security, and uninterrupted operation.
Memedump does not warrant that the app, blockchain interactions, smart contracts, third-party protocols, token data, pricing data, market data, metadata, or links will be accurate, secure, complete, current, or free from errors, vulnerabilities, or harmful components.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Memedump, its owners, operators, developers, contributors, affiliates, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or other damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost tokens, lost private keys, failed transactions, inaccurate data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, regulatory action, or loss arising from market volatility or liquidity risks.
This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, warranty, statute, or any other legal theory, even if Memedump has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You understand and agree that you use Memedump entirely at your own risk and that you are solely responsible for any losses connected to your use of the app or related blockchain services.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Memedump, its owners, operators, developers, contributors, affiliates, service providers, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of Memedump, your wallet activity, your tokens, your metadata, your liquidity actions, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Restricted Conduct
You must not use Memedump to scam, defraud, manipulate markets, impersonate others, distribute malware, evade sanctions, launder money, finance illegal activity, infringe intellectual property, harass others, overload the app, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with Memedump, users, wallets, networks, or third-party protocols.
Memedump may restrict access to the app or features where we believe use may violate these Terms, applicable law, platform integrity, user safety, or third-party rights.
14. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be directed through Memedump's official community or support channels. Do not share private keys, seed phrases, or sensitive wallet credentials with anyone claiming to provide support.
